Resources shared following Climate Sustainability Workshop

Climate Sustainability Workshop led by Amber Massie-Blomfield

Wed 8 October 2025, 6-8pm, West Green Studios

We were delighted by the turnout to the Climate Sustainability Workshop led by Amber Massie-Blomfield in early October.

With new and familiar faces in attendance, participants were united by their shared goals and ambitions towards the climate emergency.

Speakers including Richard from Transition Towns, Alex Lockwood from Absurd Intelligence and Polly Gifford from Culture Declares Emergency inspired the attendees and sparked interesting conversations.

As a follow up to the event, workshop leader Amber Massie-Blomfield has generously provided a shared resource for all to access here.

“I feel a lot more hopeful than I did before tonight.” Workshop Participant

“It was a real success last night – we had MORE people than expected turning up and they have already begun to gather information around shared projects and areas of interest. A real highlight for me was hearing a net zero campaigner and a Gatwick employee get into a properly robust conversation about what decarbonisation means for the aviation industry – which was held with care and mutual respect. Feels like there’s so much potential here to explore how creativity can help with hard conversations like this.”
