Becky Jones

Becky Jones

Community Producer

Hi, I’m Becky. I love watching experimental performance stuff in unusual spaces, long walks around the Surrey Hills and baking anything sweet. I have friends that live in Crawley and my partner’s dad was a Builder who worked on building parts of Crawley. I thrive when making stuff happen with brilliant people and this is the best place to do just that!

Ben Lintott

Ben Lintott

Digital Marketing & Content Coordinator

Hi, I’m Ben. I am a massive music and gaming fan (one of these days I’ll make a company playlist…). Sadly, I do not own a dog (yet) but I adore Pugs and Labs. My work revolves around asset creation; I love being able to jump from static to moving image and I’m constantly excited by evolving art forms and styles, which is why Creative Crawley is a brilliant fit for me. We’re so often provided the opportunity to be varied creatively, no two projects are ever the same. Most importantly, the other members of the team are exceptional at what they do, so there’s never a lack of support and inspiration.

Hannah Foley

Hannah Foley

General Manager

Hi, I’m Hannah! I love theatre, films, music, art- anything creative really! I also love to sew- particularly bags for me and bandanas for my Cockerpoo, Sausage. I have two children and grew up in Redhill, Surrey so have been familiar with Crawley and the surrounding area my whole life. Before working here I ran my own schools theatre company for 17 years and have a real interest in getting young people involved in the arts. I am so excited to be working at Creative Crawley and am passionate about the positive effect that getting involved with the art has on people’s lives.

Hello, I was born and grew up in Crawley and my parents, brother and Nan still live there. I love swimming in the sea and hanging out with my family and two cats. My professional career before this job focussed on producing and touring contemporary performance, opening up opportunities for young people into the Creative Industries and making sure the arts are accessible to as many people as possible.  I am the full time Creative Director of Creative Crawley and half that role is the Project Co-Director (with Sophie Eustace) for Crawley’s Creative Playground.

I now live in Croydon with my family including two lovely teenage daughters. My work background is in theatre and mainly focused on London so it is inspiring to be in Crawley planning and making excellent creative opportunities happen all over the town. I love meeting people and hearing about what they like to do. We are hoping this project will make Crawley an even better place to live and work so come and talk to us!

Hello, I’m Esme! I came to Creative Crawley after studying theatre & directing at the University of Chichester and working as a technician at Edinburgh Fringe – I’m in my happy place whenever I’m helping put art in front of an audience! Luis McLellan

Luis McLellan

Breakthrough Assistant

Hi, I’m Luis! I joined Creative Crawley as part of Artswork’s Breakthrough scheme. I’m an artist with a love for anything creative. My own artistic practice focuses on illustration, which I studied in the very wonderful Falmouth. Outside of work, you might find me at a local music show or befriending neighbourhood cats. I’ve lived in West Sussex my whole life, so have been a regular visitor of Crawley, with Tilgate being one of my favourite spots. I love sharing my passion for the arts with others and seeing the incredible impact arts and culture have on local communities.
