Crawley Fusion Mela made its vibrant return last week, filling the town with colour, music and community spirit across a joyful weekend of performances, art and cultural celebration.

Creative Crawley were delighted to see over 4,000 attendees over the weekend, many of which were new-comers discovering Creative Crawley events for the first time.
The performances were truly lit up by the enthusiasm of the audiences and their participation; people were brought together through joint artistic experiences, sharing culture and a love of community. Attendees told us they were “mesmerised”, “extremely impressed” and “felt at home.” Throughout the event, the atmosphere was warm, energetic and welcoming.

Our Saturday programme in County Mall brought world-class performances to the doorsteps of Crawley residents. Those featured included Shree by Seeta Patel Company, a powerful solo inspired by the cycles of the Earth, Otempodiz by Ertza Dance of Mozambique and Spain, a dynamic duet exploring time and human connection that illuminated Crawley Mall’s Atrium, and live music from African Night Fever with internationally celebrated percussionist Saidi Kanda and the Mvula Mandondo band that had audiences dancing!
