Eric MacLennan’s Making the Invisible Visible shone a light on the small things in life that we take for granted, using everyday objects to reconnect us with friends, nature and our home town.
Developing Eric MacLennan’s 2024 project In visible (L)ink, in which 102 Crawley people twinned objects with friends across the world, a new map revealed Crawley’s hidden beauty as a journey of discovery. On a walk, people listened to recorded stories told by local people, showing how the town is linked with places all around the world.
This exhibition was on display in Unit 79/80 County Mall from 28 March – 23 May 2025.
Making The Invisible Visible is by Eric MacLennan, supported by Creative Crawley.
