Experience the energy of traditional Tamil Parai drumming in this fun, interactive community workshop. Led by Trainer and Founder Karthik Kamalakannan from Tamil Arts UK, participants will explore the history, rhythms and cultural significance of Parai through hands-on learning.
The project aims to celebrate Crawley’s cultural diversity by bringing communities together through music, creativity and shared cultural experiences. Participants will leave with new skills, greater confidence and a deeper appreciation of Tamil heritage.

No previous musical experience is required. Drums will be provided.
