What is BOOST?
From 2023-2025, Creative Crawley have run BOOST as a scheme for local people to apply for a cash injection and/or support in-kind from the team to develop a project or idea. You can read about previous projects HERE.
We have developed BOOST to now be a paid opportunity for local people to join us in shaping and delivering cultural events in Crawley, working towards a Town Wide Festival in 2027 that celebrates identity through food, music, creativity and more.
The Brief
Creative Crawley is looking for local people in Crawley who are passionate about building community through creativity. We want to hear from organisers, connectors or community leaders who have a spark of an idea for how to bring people together — whether that’s through community events, performances, workshops, celebrations, exhibitions, or something we haven’t thought of yet.
You don’t need years of experience, but we would like to know if you have some experience of organising people in Crawley and the energy, drive and imagination to make something happen.
