West Green Studio Artist Sale – apply for a stall

We are delighted to announce the first ever West Green Artist Studio for local professional visual artists to sell their work on.
31st January 2026 from 11am – 6pm
We are inviting local visual artists to apply for a stall to sell their work.
Deadline to apply is Weds 10th December 2025
This is the first test event of this kind at the West Green Studios and is led by the Resident Artists at the studios.
This opportunity is for independent visual artists and those with interdisciplinary practice working professionally. Your practice might be illustration, ceramics, photography, painting, sculpture, jewellery or many other visually led work. Think Cockpit Arts and Brighton Illustration Fair rather than Christmas Craft Fayres. It’s for people based in Crawley, West Sussex and Surrey.
It’s an experiment for us. We are working with the Resident Artists to help organise and market the event.
There will be table spaces sized 1m x 1m, trestle tables and small desks available.
The cost of one table space is £20 and for two (if you need a bit more space) is £35 plus VAT (£24 or £42 inclusive). All sales on the day go directly to the artists. The fee covers staffing and space hire for the day.
You will need to provide:
– Free standing methods to display your work
– Your own card reader/change (if using cash)
– Table cloth for the tables
– Signage for your work (pricing etc)
– The items you want to sell
There are approximately 10 stalls available. There is also a garden space available to display weatherproof work. The set up time will be from 8am – 10.30am on the day.
The deadline to apply is Weds 10th December and you will be informed before 19th December if you have been successful.

HEREWe are asking each artist on the day to donate a small raffle prize to the ‘Art Raffle’ proceeds of which will contribute to the ongoing running of the West Green Studios.
